Hi, I’m Olivia! Founder of Rosie Batch and lifelong chocolate-chip-cookie enthusiast.

Baking has always been my passion. Ever since I was little, I’ve loved the ritual of mixing butter, sugar, and chocolate chips into something that instantly makes people smile. What started as a hobby quickly became my love language, and every batch baked for friends, neighbors, and family turned into a way to connect, comfort, and celebrate.

Rosie Batch was born from that same joy. After years of perfecting my recipe, I wanted to share it beyond my own kitchen. A classic chocolate chip cookie made with quality ingredients and a whole lot of love.

Whether you bake them fresh at home or grab a ready-to-eat batch, my goal is simple: to spread a little warmth, nostalgia, and happiness one cookie at a time.

Because sometimes, the best things in life are the simplest.

  • Butter, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, brown sugar, sugar, flour, salt and chocolate chips. That’s it!

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place dough balls on a lined baking sheet, spaced about 1 inch apart. Bake for 14–17 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are just set — these thick cookies need a little extra time, so don’t worry if they look slightly soft in the middle. Every oven is different, so start checking around 14 minutes. Let cool for 5–10 minutes (if you can wait that long) and enjoy warm!

  • Our cookies are made to order from scratch, so we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice from your desired delivery date.

  • Free delivery is offered on orders within 10 miles of Costa Mesa, and we offer $10 delivery on orders within 10-20 miles. You can always pickup for free as well!

  • We do not offer shipping currently, but hope to in the future!
